Hi guys, are you sell real alligator's plates (meat)? We are in town for vacation and try to test it. Thanks in advance.

YES we do. We buy alligator tail from Louisiana and we cut and prep it ourselves in our the kitchen. After a 24 hour marinate we will hand-bread the gator tail in our own seasoned flour and deep fry it. We serve it with our house made Gator Sauce. This has been our number one appetizer for 20 plus years. We hope you'll come try it with us.

They suck!!! Handling ur food with no gloves on, not wereing hair nets. Gross....I will no longer go there.
